At Narmada Essence, we are committed to delivering high-quality air freshener products that enhance your space with long-lasting fragrance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The product must not be damaged, tampered with, or partially used.
• Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used air fresheners cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged during delivery.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is:

• Damaged during shipping
• Leaking or broken
• Incorrect item delivered

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photos of the product and packaging
• Order details

After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used air fresheners
• Products returned after 7 days of delivery
• Items without original packaging
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

4. Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

6. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
• Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
